Hello There,  
I am a student of MCs and i m currently in my final semester. I have gotten a project from the university to get my final degree. It is an online multiplayre chess game. The problem is that i cannot configure which tools to use for the project. I have worked with flash, have made some games with it but the multiplayer aspect is new to me. I have started learning java aswell and it doesnot feel difficult having a background of C++. I know java has some strong capabilites for networking but my knowledge for java game programming is very little. Though i am a quick follower and can learn it quickly. What do you guys say?
