# Preload works but mp3 not playing

I have looked but don’t see the exact problem I have and too new to interp what i do see as similar.Here’s the prob…

[list=1]  
[_]slide show presentation with mp3 background music  
[_]built from MM template in MXPro2004  
[_]Using Load Sound From Library in the top-parent screen to play the mp3  
[_](also tried a nice and simple sound control component from MM extensions. this also works well but does not resolve problem so i went back to #3 as vol slider is not essential)  
[_]all works marvilously as a stand-alone swf (~4mb)

[_]Add preloader I wrote from a tut:

[_]preloader also works nicely and calls the 4mb swf in about 20sec over dsl  
[_]all works great EXCEPT, now mp3 does not play once the slide presentation is loaded

Streaming the mp3 is not an option. Any advice?
