# Preloader for each section of a website?

Hello all,

After days of searching the board and trying to get this done on my own, im completely stumped :puzzle: Hopefully I can get some help frm you all…

Here’s my situation:  
I’m making a portfolio site that is separated different sections for each project. Within each section I have a movie clip that serves as a film strip containing different views of the specific project.

Right now I have a preloader at the beginning of the entire site that works (i think) and loads the entire site, but i feel this wait time is too long. What I would like to have is a preloader that runs at each section of the site and loads the specific movie clip/film strip when needed.

The movie clips/film strips have been mapped and respond button clicks to scroll up/down, so I’m not sure if i would want to have them as external swfs because honestly I wouldn’t know how to control them if they were external…Im pretty much a noob at this 🅱 .
