# Preloader Help

I heard somewhere that you can make an animation 100 frames long and that will be your preloader. Everyone 1 frame counts for every 1 percent loaded.

Example: Someone made a dog humping a doll for the 100 frames, and when it the dog reached the final frame, it busted.

Can someone tell make me or tell me where I can learn to write up a flash preloader like that?
