Hello, Well my question is would anybody know where i would be able to learn how to do a preloader like the one on this website that i have posted. I fso can somebody tell where i could learn it or tell me how to do it please.

search on this site for preloaders … find the tutorials
pick one
do it
turn it 90 degrees so it’s facing upwards and then put a layer over it as a mask.
make sure to stretch the preloader so it’s wide enough
try it out … post if you have a sample fla that you’ve made or a more specific question
