# Preloader with graphic

I’ve seen many sites that have neat preloaders that are actually images. Like say the border is a “+”. How would I get it to where it looks like the + is displaying the progress and its filling up to the side. I’ve tried to recreate them, but my image just gets bigger and doesn’t actually fill up. Sorry, I’m still a flash newbie…but thanks in advanced. :}
