I have gone through almost all the tutorials on kirupa about preloaders and have a fair understanding over them. I now would like to know how to make a preloader that files up outlines in different shapes, instead of just a bar. Does anyone have a .fla file i could look over? thanks.

so can I just change that movie clip with the blocks to make it how I like? Sorry, I am an idiot, I didn’t know it was this difficult, I’m not giving up though.

Yeah just change the animation inside that movieclip.

oh cool, hey i just had a idea.
Couldn’t I do it just like the old way, with the bar, but this time use a mask to block out the section I don’t want? It would be more accurate and smoother, what do you think?
