Dear people of Kirupa… I have a flash project with several MC’s in the library. I am using the “attachMovie” method to load the MC’s into a blank MC on the stage (a container). The project has a preloader status bar in the first 2 frames of the project. I have read senoculars tut - [http://www.senocular.com/flash/tutorials/preloading/](http://www.senocular.com/flash/tutorials/preloading/) (many thanks) explaining the problems encountered when exporting MC’s in the first frame - basically my preloader starts to appear at abou 60% loaded. So I did this… For the linkage of each MC I have unchecked the “export in first frame” and for the advanced publish settings for the entire project I have stated that I would like to use frame 3 for export classes. * * * Now my MC’s won’t load! Can any one tell me if I need to do something else like create a special layer for these exports Please go easy I’m a beginner Many thanks Joe
