Can anyone explain to me how I can keep text and/or images from getting bumped out of view of a frame when I enlarge text in the browser?

I am using Dreamweaver, and in an HTML document, I made a table to hold 7 buttons which line the bottom, and one main graphic image for a logo above them.

That document is the top frame in my main frameset. And when I enlarge the text on the browser, the buttons begin to get pushed down, and get cut off at the border of the frame.

Any help stopping this?!
