# Price advice for a biggish site

I got quite a big site to make with a couple of mates but we are having trouble finding a quote. We want to give them a good deal but we are worried of underpricing ourselves… I was wondering what you guys would charge for this site specifically yourself. I know it would depend on skill level, timeframe, blahblah, but if you had to quote it right now… what would you say? Lollies and yo-yos for people who tell me what I want to hear! I know its a bit vague but as close as you can get is great. Here’s the site…

HTML/ASP  
Searchable database, updatable by the client  
Forms that add info to database for users of the site  
Various chat rooms and bulletin boards  
Logo creation site design etc etc  
Login/logout features for users  
Credit card transactions via a merchant account  
Online, .com, some advertising (search engine stuffs)

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate this one. I’m stumped.
