# Printing

Hi all  
if any of you know how to apply a print function to a button, i have search through the script directory and this was all I could come up with?

on (press) {  
printAsBitmapNum(\_root.order, “bmovie”);  
}

order is the name of the movie clip. what i need is to be able to print the screen from the position where the button is situated??

This script does not print: i have played around with the settings in normal mode but there is no response from my printer.

just woundered around the forum, it works the first frame of a swf. my sites set up to load multiple files into targets, has text readouts, and the button is situated on frame 2 of a activated movieclip. Im guessing this is why its not working.  
any help will save me pulling my hair out??

hey posted this a few days ago, i now realise that i need a apple script, or java to talk to my OS. if any one knows how to create a print function in java or apple script, and how to summon it? or tuts  
be great
