Anyone know where I can find a site that will let you make animated gifs of an elephant that spits water out of its trunk that spells your name?

Random, I know… but I saw this and I _want_ one:

Edit: And yes, I’ve tried googling but what am I supposed to google? “elephant snot name animated gif”?
