# Problem loading a flash first time only

Hi,  
I’m up against a deadline to release a web product but I am having a problem. Whenever someone loads the application for the first time on a computer, it doesn’t quite fully load. However, anytime after that it loads fine. Has anyone experienced this? I really need some help!
