Ok, I have a fla with a linked movieClip. The source is set to export at runtime, the target is set to import at runtime. When I compile the target, the imported clip shows up fine. However, when I give the clip a name (the clip that gets imported into), it gives a compile error:

1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: [compiled clip name]

No script, I’m doing it all through the dev environment. Source swf has a clip that is “Export for ActionScript”, “Export for runtime sharing,” “Export in first frame,” target clip is “Import for runtime sharing.” Target clip shows up fine in dev. environment, and shows up fine when compiled as long as it is not named in environment. When it is named, it shows up but it then throws a compiler error and then stalls.
