Hi pros of flash :thumb: ok, heres my prob… I got a textbox with a external file with html… this is working fine ! the problem is, that the textbox (with a scroller) shows only the 1/2 of the whole text… is there a max of characters to put in my .txt file ? is there something to put it longer… if u guys dont understand my question, ill upload what i did and show u… thx 🔗 ---

is ur txt properties set to ‘multiline’? ---

Probably you are using some html tags the wrong way. If flash doesnt recognize the html tag on the txt file, all the text after that tag is ignored. ---

Also, you should URL encode special characters (such as the ampersand (&)). [URL Encoding: Reading special characters from a text file](http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/url_encoding.htm) [SIZE=1]\<-- LINK[/SIZE] ---
