# Problem with Flash movie

I am having a problem with this flash movie that I just designed. I am new to Flash and I have no clue why this is happening.

Bascially, here is what my movie is supposed to do. It takes a text file with vars containing image locations, reads the locations into an array and then randomly selects a picture to display. The picture is then faded in, stays visible for 3 secs, fades out, and another pic is selected from the array. It works beautifully with the flash movie player running on my computer, but when I publish it to my site; none of the pictures show up. Does flash have any kind of restrictions on reading files when published to the web?
