You cant download it directly as VBulletin is a licensed product and was purchased by Kirupa. But you can email  
[support](http://www.vbulletin.com/support/) here.

Kirupa will need to update his forum with the new files then it should work for all of us.

I use VBulletin and had the same problems. But the patch fixed it.
