Hello there,

If anyone can assist I’d be extremely grateful. For some odd reason I cannot get this form to work (previously worked well in Flash MX 2004). All actions and php code seem to be in order but I’ve now exhaused all options “I know” in attempting to correct this problem.

I would really appreciate an URGENT response from anyone who can be of assistance.

Many thanks in advance.

Lisa
