# Problem with scrolling menu

I am trying to create a scrolling menu where when the menu scrolls on mouse rollover.However I am not being able to do the reverse scrolling.I want the menu to scroll in one direction when the mouse rolls over one button and in the other direction when mouse rolls over the other button.But I could only get the movement in one direction.  
Please help.
