whats up guys. i have a dell insperon 9300 and for a while it hasnt been charging and wont turn on. ive bought a new charger and came to the conclusion that it is the actual port that is loose inside the computer. i know this is a common problem with some dell laptops. i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what you have done. i went to dells website and there are very detailed directions on how to fix it. i want to do it myself because it costs way too much for the shops to do it. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ---

How old is your battery? You might get good mileage out of replacing it. ---

hmm i might have to try that. Its only a year and a half or so old. im not too sure on their lifespan ---

No they can last way more than that if your plugged in a lot (I couldn’t wrong though I only have 9 cells). Hmm… have to taken it apart to see if you bent the connector in your laptop by accident. [whisper]If I see a single mac comment so help me[/whisper] ---

My battery lasted a little less than 12 months and i got it replaced just before the warranty expired
