# Problems w/ Kirupa news editor

I downloaded and followed the instructions for the Kirupa news editor . Loaded it on my server (my bosses web site) . The problem is that it won’t write to the xml file or the php file when I hit submit . Is this a problem w MX2004 ?(it is set for as1.0
