# Problems with buttons linked to pop up windows

Hello,

I am currently experiencing problems with the pop up window tutorial. It works fine when created in a new .fla But if I try to emulate the code in my flash movie, it does not work. I have used the tutorial from kirupa. I thought maybe someone with a little more experience with this tutorial could tell me what I am doing wrong. If I create a new button symbol on the stage, and right click (actions) and add the advised script, along with a url link inside the script, and then place a new layer above, and enter the remaining script on that layer when previewed it works great. If I drag and drop the button symbol and code into another .fla, it will not work.

Someone please help?!
