Problems with Pixel Fonts

Hey,
I could use some help if anyone has a second. The last two websites I created used static fonts and were somewhat blurry. Kirupa suggested that I use pixel fonts to have more crisp text. My screen is set to 1024 x 768 (max res.) and everything looks fine. I did all of the text with a pixel font that I downloaded and set the font to 8 pt. Everything looks fine on my screen but when I view my sites from another computer (typically other computers have screen resolutions set much higher) everything looks smaller, is not uppercase, and is illegible. So I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Can anyone suggest a way to keep the text clear?

I have some animations that are pretty fun to watch as well in the begg rock section and my thesis is on creating a living robotic house. Anyway the content is worth checking out if you have a sec.

Thanks again. I have learned so much from these forums/kirupa.com.
