hello everyone, im new here

im working with the ccs rollover tutorial ([http://www.kirupa.com/web-tech/css\_rollovers.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/web-tech/css_rollovers.htm)) and i cant just get it work right

i attached the files, i just changed the image and the size of it

help is welcome
