# Problems with the Preloader

Hey guys I need some help with my flash again. :d:

I am trying to create a preloader as according to this tutorial in [kirupa.com](http://kirupa.com).

The % numbering works just fine but I cant seem to be able to make the bar load. The bar appears as fully loaded from the beginning.

Am I missing something here? I followed all the steps as been told in the tutorial. Hopefully somebody can spend sometime to check it out. Here’s a sample I’m working on:
