So I get into work today and my PS is trippin. When I select the color picker PS just locks up. And everything on my computer ■■■■ near freezes. Anyone have this problem before? If so how did you fix it? Heading over to Adobe support to see if I can find anything but I thought I’d ask here too.

I take it you’ve already restarted? On the Dell at work, between working with Adobe/MM apps, after a few days there seems to be some memory leak that eventually prevents things from happneing like that and I need a reboot

Yea I restarted it…But what fixed it was killing the pref file (for those that dont know and may search hold down alt + cntrl + shift when starting PS to kill the preference file). I really didnt think the pref file would cause my computer in general to come to a complete halt, but alas it did.

Thanks Sen

whats issues you having with that? (new group from layer?).

I having some strange issues with channels and photoshop, seems like it jumps into quick mask mode everytime i work on text and shape layers. Never use to happen to me before.
