How do you numerically set the position, width, and height of an object in Adobe Photoshop 7?
Edit > Free Transform.
I can change the position with your method, but I can’t set the width and height. I don’t want to use percentages: I want to use regular numbers to set the width and height.
Oh, I see. You can type “px” after the number to get rid of the percentage.
Ahhh, I didn’t know that.
Just found that out too. Actually, I prefer using Macromedia Fireworks MX. It gives you a lot more web design oriented control. Photoshop doesn’t allow you to easily change position and size.
use guides.
guides are good, or you could use the grid.
