# Publish Local FLV via NetStream

Howdy fellows,  
Well from the title it is clearly stated what i wanted to do , but let explain to you a little more, suppose i have a flv on my local machine named “local.flv”, now what i was thinking about doing was playing “local.flv” by using “NetStream” and also at the same time publishing the same file through another “NetStream” to FMS / Red5 so other people can stream that too, so if you have any ideal/advise in thsi particular scenario.

Is there any way that i can extend NetStream Class or do something else to extend it.
