Anyone know of a good guide to upgrading Flash CS6 for publishing to FP 11.4+?

I always end up screwing up the XML files… Sigh… Why can’t adobe just make a simple self installing download for each new swf version release… Maybe it’s included in the Service pack 2.0 update? I never bothered to update my software yet. (I’m on dial up 30 miles from the nearest town right for a while.)
