# Publishing using actionscript

i just read [SIZE=2][FONT=Verdana][COLOR=#003366]Changing[/COLOR][/FONT][/SIZE][FONT=Verdana][SIZE=2][COLOR=#003366] Colors Using ActionScript in kirupa .com just what i need in my project, then this question arrived[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

I am totally new in actionscript, if i have a flash program that gets variable information from a text file, then those variable says what movieclip change colors. once the color changes happend is there a way to publish it with an actionscript command?
