# Pulling a video out of an .fla library

I have a flash file with a .wmv file embedded in its library. I accidentally deleted the .wmv from my hard drive so the only place it exists on earth is in the .fla’s library. Is there any way to pull it out of the library and back onto my hard drive?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
