# Pulling my hair is this a CS4 bug?

I was creating a regular box object and then when i clicked and selected the text tool the properties window of the text tool stayed there. Normally in the old flash versions when you select outside of the canvas or a object the properties window changes with the “width height xy etc…” information but its not changing back whatsoever. Am i missing something here or is this a bug?
