# Pulsing Effect

How does one make a pulsing effect? Like if there was say…a barrel of toxic material, and you wanted it to pulse green around the edges, and have it fade into transparency, how would I do that? I have FlashMX, all I need to know is how to make the cool pulsey bit. Thanks for the help!!
