# Put a form in a dynamic text box

I am in the process of creating a web site using dynamic text boxes (school project due Weds.) and I’m creating the contact page and i wanted to put a form on the page but I’ve been unable to insert a static or input text box into a dynamic text box. I created the form as a movie clip and tried to insert it that also, no success.

Any ideas?
