# Putting frames from a movie clip on the main timeline

Hello,  
I was wondering if there was a way to break apart a movie clip to have its frames take up frames in the main timeline and apear the same as the movieclip. I can copy and paste however the frames show up how the unedited movieclip looks and in a different spot.  
For example say I have an animation in a movie clip and then I flip the movie clip horizontally and make it bigger I want to break it apart to the frames and have it look like that.

Any ideas?
