i really like this site: [http://www.towndrow.ca/](http://www.towndrow.ca/) its simple and has a nice style to it.
it got me thinking, when you click on an image it scrolls up from the bottom and it seems like just for a split second the quality is worse and then it increases. is this a function in flash? can you choose to display the bitmap at a lower quality while moving it then have it switch to a better one on demand?
