Do people still use webrings? I know that in the early days of the internet, webrings were a really good way to bring traffic to your site. But I haven’t noticed them much anymore… or maybe I’m just on different types of sites these days?

Sorry if this is a dumb question… but I honestly wanted to know if webrings are still effective, or even still being used.
