# Question about the Loader

I wonder - if I assign loaded content like this: (all listeners properly removed)

```auto
var myClip:MovieClip = loader.content;

```

and then delete the loader

```auto
loader = null;

```

will the loader be fully GC’ed then? Is it good or bad doing this?
