The tutorial is [Preloader and Transition for Dynamic Files](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/preloader_transition.htm)

I was trying to do the action part ii. where it says, "  
\*Click the content layer. Click on the content movie clip. Then press F9 or go to Window | Actions. Copy and paste the following code into the Actions dialogue box: \* but i did not know where i have to insert the actionScript.

Any idea what I’m missing?
