# Question on .fla's

Well, I am a flash n00b, and this probably is a n00b question, but i created a .swf, and I don’t know if I forgot to save the bare project as a .fla first, or I lost/deleted it by accident, but is there any way to get the .fla content with all the stuff in it back from the .swf file?
