# Question regarding custom component

I am trying to build a custom button component in flash 8… I am setting it up so you can change certain color values with the component inspector.

I want to know how to change the tint of a movie clip inside the component… I searched all over the place, maybe I’m not looking right. I found out how to change the color in a text field but I am still stumped on how to change a movie clips tint!

Please if anyone knows of where I can find more info on this let me know!
