Do I have to resize all my pictures so they fit in the gallery or is there a way to automatically have them resized? Right now, my pictures are too big and are not centered.

I also have a question with putting videos in Flash. I don’t want to just import it, I want to just have it play off a link or a file. How do I do this? With a Flash component or something else?
