Since my site company thing is going to be up soon, (web design) I wanted to know what is the best way of writing a letter?

I decided I’m going to start emailing sites, and asking them if they want a new design, and that we can make a price cut if they decide they want to.

So, how would I write it?  
I just sent one to a company, but I dont think it sounded good. lol.

Well for one, remember not to imply that their current site sucks if they already have one. Just make it sound like it’s already good, but you can make it even better. =)

i think it would be a good idea for you to show them some of your work, so then they can talk it over instead of pushing the e mail over to the side. 🙂
