Has anyone seen a tutorial on a quiz game?

Eg.

You are given a question, you have a choice of three answers.  
If you get it right, you add one point, if your wrong you ,minus a point.

And at the end, it displays your score.

Just wondering if there is a tut, otherwise im gonna have to code it myself, its just that i dnt have much time !!
