Guys, do you know about a really good tutorial for making a quiz?:red:

Here’s what I need to do:  
A quiz in which the user shall choose 13 out of 20 gadgets in which every gadget will score him a different amount of points. Once deciding which of the 20 gadgets he wants to select. The user may not change its decision.
