# Radiobutton and php

Hi everyone,  
I’m trying to make a flashform using textfields and radiobuttons to be mailed via php.  
The textfields are coming through fine, but I can’t get the radiobuttons to work. I think I need to assign variables to them but how do I do that?  
Also, how would the php look?
