how can i make a code that make movie move between frames randomly

stop in each frame for atime that i choose

the story that iwant to make a movie that projects numbers from 1 to 100  
each number will be in a frame  
i want movie to move between these frames randomly  
stopped in each frame for a time that i choose

please help me or direct me to a suitable source
