# Random letter cycling inserted into .swf

I was wondering how I might put that neat random letter cycling effect, say, in the middle of my animation. I want to use it as the title for a short animated “film” I’m doing.  
I don’t know how to make the cycling effect “wait” until the other opening credits are done loading. Any thoughts?
