Bah, ordered a loop from them, received something different than I ordered. Emailed them, received one email back (not resolving anything). Now the waiting begins…I email again to see whats going on…waits…email again…waits…Email again to let them know I have a time sensitive project that needs the right loop…still waiting… I may have to bite the bullet and purchase the loop again. But I am 100% confident I am going to receive the right one. Man I want to slap someone over there (with a spiked glove on)…
