# Really need help with this

I am still baffled by this targeting problem. I am including some screen shots to try and give as much details as possible. Here is the main timeline;

I am targeting a movie clip that is inside a movie clip on the main timeline;

I have coded the button to say onRelease…\_root.pages1.pages2.gotoAndPlay(“pp2”);  
and it does not work. Can someone please explain why??
